Monday 12th, Public Holidays-FG

The Federal Government has declared Monday, December 12th, 2016 public holiday in respect to the Eid-el Maulud celebration.


Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau (retd.) the Minister of Interior, stated this in a statement signed by the acting Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Alhaji Muhammadu Maccido,.

The Minister has called on all Muslim faithfuls to pray for the peace and harmony of this country. And has urged all citizens of Nigeria to cooperate and join hands with President Muhammadu Buhari, towards building a strong, united and peaceful nation.
