Man O War Officers, FUTO Command rescues a 300L student suspected to have stolen phones as he was being beaten up by occupants of NDDC hostel

A 300L Student of Federal University of Technology Owerri, (name & department hidden) was arrested on Friday morning at NDDC Hostel by Man O War Officers, FUTO Command, when he was being beaten up by the occupants of the hostel due to stealing of phones.

The young man in question who isn't a registered occupant of the hostel was said to be confronted by an Occupant of the hostel when he was wandering about the hostel, early Friday morning. He asked him why he was wandering about and he replied nothing.

As at that time, some occupants of the hostel has noticed that their phones has been stolen and they were on their way coming to complain to Man O War officers when the suspect pushed the Man O War officer and ran away.

They ran after him and caught him, while beating the hell out of him, Man O War officers intervened and took him to FUTO Medicals where he is currently receiving treatment.
