ASUU YET TO HOLD HER NEC MEETING

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has stated that she is yet to have her National Executive Council meeting due to delay by her local chapters.

This information is gotten from the National President who said that they would only hold a NEC meeting if the get responses from all local chapters, which would only consist two parts (continue the strike or End the strike)

Recall that in the last meeting b/w ASUU & FG, a compromise was reached and the executives of ASUU told FG that they would get back to them after their NEC meeting.

Moreover some certain schools has concluded their voting processes; Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba (AAUA) voted to end the strike, usmanu danfodiyo university sokoto voted to end the strike while University of Lagos (UNILAG) voted for continuation of the strike.
