1. The relocation of that market has been long overdue... That subsequent government overlooked it doesn't mean it is wrong. Where Rochas got it wrong was that he was supposed to have buit a modern day market where they would be moved to.

Personally, that market and Douglas road as a whole is an eyesore to Owerri municipal.
3.He was killed by stray bullet... The question is were the military sufficiently provoked by civilians to use their gun?... Were their lives threatened?
They would have just used teargas... And I don't know how the government will be held responsible.

Pls lets say what we know,first let know it was not the military that was doing the shooting it was militants from ohaji, the government should not involved those militants although owerri people to be stubborn but that should not have warranted the government to involve militants in democratic era, this genocide
