The website is currently experiencing error 503 which means that the Web server (running the Web site) is currently unable to handle the HTTP request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. The implication is that this is a temporary condition which will be alleviated after some delay.
This doesn't mean the website has crashed as believed by so many people.
I believe you must have experienced error 404 or 509 which is bandwidth limit exceeded. It doesn't mean the site has crashed. It'll soon come back online.
