IMSU Latest: Rainstorm damages properties and structures, uproots trees

Duru Victor reporting...

The heavy down pour coupled with somewhat a whirlwind shook IMSU and its environs. The rainstorm which started Friday blew off roof tops of some major buildings and damaged properties in the school.

Affected areas include a blown off window of the new Senate building, Law Lecture hall, a building of Theatre Arts, ETF building 1 (popularly known as Old ETF) and also brought trees to the ground which inadvertently caused a road block along the Aso Rock-Computer Science Block road. Fortunately, no live was lost and no injuries recorded as of press time.
