Head of Military FUTO reacts to the increasing security issues on campus

It has gotten to our notice that the rate if harassment & force obtaining is increasing day by day in FUTO.

The FUTO Military Students are assuring Nigerian students that we are going to tackle this with the best of our ability.

We want to advice FUTO Students on some things:

— Do not go out or stroll on the road alone once it's 8:00pm at night.

— When going for night classes, go in the midst of enough guys, say 4 guys to 2 guys.

The need for FUTO students to be security conscious at this period is very crucial.
FUTO Students need to start acting like Man O' War Officers.

Nigerian Students think that the issue of being security conscious is the duty of "Security Agencies" alone. This is absolute Misconception!!

It's everyone's birthright. Kindly report every suspicious movement or activity around your hostel environment or reading class.
Once you see any student who is been harassed by a person, confront the persons who are involved in the act until it is clear to you that it's a Security Personnel.

With our efforts & God's grace, we can be able to secure FUTO completely.
