Another FUTO Black Friday as Security Man who was supposedly examination invigilator disappears with 35 Phones

On Friday 4th May, 2018, 35 Phones got missing at the department of Geology, School of Physical Sciences, Federal University of Technology, Owerri as the supposedly security man that was handed over 35 phones during the examination disappeared with them.

In FUTO, Students aren't allowed to enter the examination hall with their cell phones. When the examination which was GPH 301 was about to begin, the students handed over their phones over to a security man(Green Men) who also took part in the invigilation with the hope of getting back their phones at the end of the examination as usual.

After the examination, the Security Man went missing, he was no where to be found.
Thinking he went back to the Headquarters, they went there but all to no avail.

Meanwhile, before going to Security Head Quarters, they tracked the phones and they were all in Douglas, Owerri.

Missing phones include three iPhone 7, two S8 and so many others.

This should sound as a general warning to FUTO Students. Know who you give your phone to during examination periods, it is better you come into campus without your phone.
