This to inform the general public that the Sale of the FUTO 2017/2018 academic session PRE-DEGREE form has commenced.
Any interested candidate should pay a
non-refundable fee of Eleven Thousand
Naira (N11,000) only through the
University Website ( www.futo.edu.ng ) and
fill the Application Form Online.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All Candidates wishing to purchase the
form must:

(i) Possess at least five O’ Level credit
passes in English Language, Mathematics,
Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Agric
Science.

(ii) Have registered or intend to register
and must sit for the 2018 UTME.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Candidates are advised to apply on-line
following the procedures given below:

— Log on to www.futo.edu.ng

— Click on Prospective Students tab.

— Go to 2017/2018 Pre Degree
Application Form.

— Click on generate 2017/2018 Pre
Degree Application Invoice.

— Input your Number.

— Click on fill other required details.

— Print your invoice containing your
RRR code (Remita Retrieval Reference)
and proceed to any commercial bank of your choice to make payment.

— After successful payment in bank,
return to the portal.

— Click on 2017/2018 Pre Degree Application.

— Enter your phone number again
and click on apply.

— Proceed with the completion of
the Application form.

— Print your application acknowledgment slip.

— Finally, await further announcement from the University.

DEADLINE FOR SALE OF FORMS: Thursday 14th December, 2017 to Wednesday 31st December, 2018.
