— You should be able to afford a monthly subscription for yourself for browsing daily unless sponsored by the media house.
— You should be able to keep the secrets of the media house in the media house.
— Any Intel that can't be published online/offline should not be leaked to the outside world (FUTO).
— Finally, you must be ready to pay a sum of #500 for your ID card #1000 and registration.
