THE 2017 ANNUAL REUNION OF THE OLD BOYS OF GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOL OWERRI

The Old Boys Association of Government Secondary School Owerri, IMO State 2017 56th Annual Reunion was a Spectacular One.
This is a time by which All Old Boys (people who graduated from Government Secondary School Owerri) come together to Reunite one another and to discuss issues affecting her ALMA MATER.

This Year's Reunion Kicked of from Friday March 3rd, 2017 with an interactive class session between the Old Boys Association NATIONAL BODY and all the Teachers Presently Teaching in Government Secondary School from 9am to 2pm.
At about 4:45pm they played a football match between the 1973/1977 set; Very funny seeing our big daddies playing football on the football pitch they graduated from.
The President's Night started at 9pm at Maranatha Suites Owerri.

On Saturday, the Old Boys continued in one spirit with Class Sets' Parade by Match Past.
At 10am, the General Annual Meeting Started (All Old Boys Association NATIONAL BODY Protocols was Observed). and the ate Lunch at 2pm.

On Sunday, 5th March 2017 was an Awesome day because after the Old Boys Reunion Service at their ALMA MATER Chapel, The Annual Price Award Giving Ceremony Kicked Off.
The Award Giving Ceremony was instituted by the Old Boys of Government Secondary School till date. This Ceremony has helped maintain the Excellence and Glory of the School for which it's known for from her Students.
Many Awards where issued out to Students who felt happy and joyous, thanking God, their parents and Most especially their Teachers who made it possible for them.
They gave out a brand new Laptop + #50,000 to the 2016 Graduand who was the Overall Best Student in SSCE with 4As 4Bs & 1C by name Ibe Chidera and a host of Students.
This Annual Reunion of the Old Boys Association NATIONAL BODY of Government Secondary School Owerri, IMO State is a kind of Reunion you wouldn't want to miss. They tell the Students stories of how they made it in life, help their Teachers with Workshop Seminars etc What more would a child Want from his Parents if not Conducive and Fantastic Education...?
