JAMB RELEASES 2017 PRE-REGISTRATION TIPS


According to the statement released by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the it Anticipated Registration Process for the UTM Examination will commence in two weeks time.

In respect to this, the management of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board released the 2017 pre-registration tips. This is for candidates/applicants to be prepared and ready for the registration process.

Below are the JAMB 2017 PRE-Registration Tips:

1. Applicants must have a valid (functional) email address. This will be used to create individual profiles on the JAMB portal.

2.Canndidates' 10 fingers are to be captured for Biometrics.

3. Applicants now have the option of choosing two 1st degree Institutions, and any two of the ND, NCE and IEI awarding Institutions.

4. Canndidates are expected to get their O'Level results ready, as they would be needed during the registration.

5. They JAMB has also disclosed that their would be no sells of scratch cards for the registration. Mode of payment will be communicated to you soon.

6. Cyber Cafés will not be allowed to render services on behalf of JAMB. So please visit only JAMB ACCREDITED CENTERS.

7. The Board will provide simplified steps to ease registration to the Public soon.

8. Canndidates now have the option of selecting different exam years and exam type when combining their O'Levels.

9. Applicants should please request to have a personal profile created for you. Do not allow the Jamb accredited centers to use their profiles for you.

10. You can create your 2017 UTME Profile on www.jamb.org.ng  it is a free service. Don't be swindled.
