SENATE: Col. Ali has been instructed to go home and return on complete uniform next week Wednesday

The Nigerian Lawmakers (SENATE) has instructed Col. Hameed Ibrahim Ali rtd. the Comptroller General of Customs to go come and return next week Wednesday in complete Customs Uniform.

Col. Ali was asked to leave because instead of putting on complete Customs Uniform, he appeared on White Kaftan, White Cap and Black Shoe to Match.

At around 12:40pm in Abuja, after series of questioning by the Senate House, Col. Ibrahim was asked to leave the Plenary.

Though he was instructed to leave by example.
Though the Senate yesterday mandated the Customs Boss to appear before it today at 10am to explain why he has refused to honour the invitation of the Upper Chambers, to come and explain his action on the implementation of the Controversial policy.

We should recall that due to the act of disobeying the directives of the Senate that the Customs Service should suspend the proposed vehicle duty ultimatum due to begin April 12, the Senate had on Tuesday Summoned Col. Ibrahim Ali.
