After the just concluded Election of the Confederation Of African Football CAF, The Senate President of Madagascar, Mr Ahmad Ahmad emerges the President Elect.
Ahmad Ahmad won with 34 votes while the incumbent President had 20 votes.
The Incumbent President, Mr. Issa Hayatou who is from Cameroon has been in Power (the CAF PRESIDENT) for more than 28years ie since 1988.
The Senate President, Bukola Saraki Congratulatulated Ahmad Ahmad for his Success. Though, Ahmad Ahmad visited him when he came to Nigeria for his Campaign.
