Cristiano Ronaldo once again beat out Lionel Messi to win the Oscars of the Football World. France Football announced the top spot before finishing their count down. Could be something to do with their magazine cover featuring CR7 leaking ahead of the announcement?!

The top 10 players were:

9th- PEPE (Real Madrid/Portugal) & GIANLUIGI BUFFON (Juventus/Italy)

Paul Pogba(14th) and Zlatan Ibrahimovic(13th) were notably absent from the top 10.
